Drama Pupils Receive Outstanding Results in Recent LAMDA Examinations

LAMDA pupils have recently achieved outstanding success in their exams, with an impressive performance that received five merits and five distinctions.

The pupils were not only successful in their performances but also received excellent feedback from the examiner.

The London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA) is one of the oldest and most respected drama schools in the UK, and their exams are internationally recognised as a benchmark of excellence in Drama education. The pupils who took part in these exams have clearly demonstrated a high level of skill, dedication, and talent, which has been recognised by the examiner.

Head of Drama, Kate Howells said: “I am absolutely thrilled with the pupils’ success in their LAMDA exams. It’s a fantastic achievement to receive so many distinctions and merits, and it’s testament to the pupils’ hard work and dedication.”

The success of these pupils is a great inspiration to others, and a reminder of the importance of hard work, determination, and dedication in achieving one’s goals. The pupils have not only demonstrated their skill and talent in Drama, but also their ability to work collaboratively, to take on challenges, and push themselves.

Teacher of Drama, Michael Jenkins added: “As we celebrate the success of these talented pupils, we should also recognise the important role played by our dedicated LAMDA coach, Mrs House, who has worked tirelessly to support and guide the pupils towards their goals.”

Overall, the recent success of the LAMDA pupils is a cause for celebration and a clear indication of the talent and potential of the next generation of actors and performers. We look forward to seeing what these pupils will achieve in the future.

LAMDA coaching is just one strand of our extracurricular offering, the Drama department also continues to produce termly productions, take part in national competitions and run a successful Performance Academy each Friday.
