A warm welcome to our international families.

Moreton Hall has a rich history of welcoming families from around the globe. For over 70 years, we’ve opened our doors to students from diverse cultures, fostering a unique educational experience which supports each student as an individual on their bespoke path to success.

Set in one hundred acres of Shropshire countryside, an area of outstanding natural beauty, the school offers a secure, distraction-free setting, while remaining easily accessible to major airports.

Our School

Moreton Hall is an aspirational, joyous and nurturing school. Our dedicated teachers, tutors, pastoral staff, house staff and EAL (English as an additional language) team work closely with each international student to help them reach their full potential.

Academic excellence, focus on wellbeing and a wide range of extra-curricular activities are the cornerstones of the school where every student is nurtured and encouraged to fulfil their potential. Alongside their mainstream studies, international students have the opportunity to work towards external examinations such as PET, FCE, CAE, CPE and IELTS.

Life at Moreton

Our boarding House system is built on the principles of wellbeing, family, and joy. We prioritise strong relationships between parents, guardians and pastoral staff and we are committed to providing a nurturing and supportive home-from-home environment. We look forward to celebrating our cultural diversity and understand the importance of acknowledging these important holidays and events.

Our ‘Step into the Weekend’ programme provides a diverse range of activities. Students are encouraged wholeheartedly to pursue their academic and wider interests and thrive through doing so.
