Offered to students in Lower Sixth and Upper Sixth it provides an introduction to a wealth of ingredients, provides the confidence and knowledge to use them with care, and encourages students to work both independently and collaboratively to set deadlines in a practical and rewarding environment.
Through the Leiths Academy, Moreton students build kitchen confidence and understand healthy eating for life.
