Face2Face Performance Academy

Face2Face Performing Arts Academy provides pupils between the ages of 9 and 18 expert teaching in dancing, singing and acting whilst building their confidence and having fun! 

Face2Face is open to anybody in the local community and runs weekly alongside the academic term.

As well as classes run by a team of experienced teachers, guest professionals run masterclasses for the pupils. Whether it is a ‘Wicked!’ workshop from a current West End performer or a high energy class delivered by a critically acclaimed choreographer, pupils will come to Face2Face to meet with inspiring teachers who will share their industry experience with them.

Face2Face Patrons

Patrons of the academy Charlie Brooks (Eastenders actress) and Sheila Reid (best known for her role of Madge in ITV’s hit show Benidorm), visit Face2Face students, offering them support and guidance with regards to entering the industry. 

Weekly Classes take place on Wednesday evenings 6pm – 8pm in The Holroyd Community Theatre during term time.

Now celebrating its tenth year, Face2Face Performance Academy has become a launchpad for aspiring performers, with alumni going on to professional training and successful careers across the performing arts industry. Former students have appeared in everything from West End productions to internationally acclaimed performances of Swan Lake, demonstrating the academy’s commitment to nurturing talent and building confidence. Alumni Spotlight: Maisie Mwebe recently completed a remarkable 14-month tour with Matthew Bourne’s Swan Lake, an inspiring achievement that reflects the exceptional opportunities and foundations gained at Face2Face Performance Academy.

Face2Face Presents School of Rock

Face2Face Performance Academy pupils are heading for the red carpet after a successful ‘School of Rock’ filming project.

The performance academy which takes place in the state-of-the-art Holroyd Community Theatre, Weston Rhyn, have filmed a bespoke ‘School of Rock’ music video, which loosely follows the plot of the much-loved and critically acclaimed Jack Black film of the same title.
