DELIVER A LIFELONG EDUCATION FOR OUR PUPILS

SHORT TERM (1-3 YEARS)
x Provide rewarding staff development for academic and boarding staff
with a focus on tailored CPD projects, ICT skills and strategies to support
wellbeing.
x Place Moreton invaluably at the heart of our local educational community
by building partnerships and sharing resources with local schools to the
mutual benefit of all involved.
x Immerse governors in school life through links with specific departments
areas of the school.

MEDIUM TERM (3-5 YEARS)
x Be known as a centre for sharing innovation and excellent practice in
teaching and learning in the region and train the teachers of tomorrow
from across the world.
x Create a staff pedagogical library, empower staff to become experts in
particular fields and share that expertise within and beyond our school
community.
x Hold regular meetings between Moretonians past and present, staff,
parents and the Principal to inform strategy.

LONG TERM (5+ YEARS)

x Further develop links between academic departments, Learning Support
staff and International Study Centre teachers.
x Seek recognition of our educational excellence through quality marks such
as Artsmark, Learning Outside the Classroom and the Secondary
Geography Quality Mark.
x Provide individual affiliation with subject specific institutions to foster
intellectual debate and curiosity.
