TO EXPLORE THEIR TALENTS AND CONTINUE THEIR LEARNING

SHORT TERM (1-3 YEARS)
x Develop an Estates Vision to ensure all our facilities are consistently
exceptional, energy efficient, facilitate smooth workflows and make
the best use of space.
x Refurbish and redevelop boarding accommodation to ensure a
comfortable home-from-home for staff and pupils and ensure the
rolling replacement of key items.
x Creation of modern learning resources centre in the Library space, a
dedicated Languages Lab and a space for DT teaching.

MEDIUM TERM (3-5 YEARS)
x Provide ongoing investment in sport and music facilities to maintain
the highest standards, broaden access and reflect the level of
excellence in those areas.
x Sympathetically manage the school grounds to promote biodiversity
and reduce traffic congestion.
x Create dedicated work and social spaces for the Sixth Form and
Upper Five.

LONG TERM (5+ YEARS)

x Revitalise the walled garden to create a unique and flexible outdoor
entertainment space in the heart of the school.
x Develop the Dining Room layout and facilities to reflect the fabulous
catering offering at Moreton Hall.
x Progress the redevelopment of key buildings including Moreton First,
Music, Maths/Modern Languages and Art/Food and Nutrition.
