ENSURING ORGANISATIONAL EFFICIENCY AND RESILIENCE
SHORT TERM (1-3 YEARS)
x Refine our operational and organisational structure and provide a working
environment to attract and retain the very best staff.
x Develop Holiday Club and the Half-Term, Easter and Summer School
programmes for UK and international pupils to best support the core
business of the school and promote its values to a wider audience.
x Develop the ISC courses to include online distance learning in new
markets.
MEDIUM TERM (3-5 YEARS)
x Evaluate our admissions pathway and communications so that
prospective pupils take their first steps into our community with ease.
x Review of external contractors and annual expenditure to ensure we
spend our funds wisely and with due diligence.
x Review our fee structure to remain as affordable as possible and provide
best value for those paying to educate pupils at Moreton Hall.
LONG TERM (5+ YEARS)
x Continue to explore new opportunities for Moreton Hall overseas
following the opening of our School in China in 2019.
x Increase the range of nationalities of pupils who study at Moreton
and investigate new international markets such as The Americas and
Central Asia.
x Consider how to extend the faculties structure to better enable the
sharing of good practice between departments.
