Moreton Hall’s STEM Stars Shine Bright
A Year of Curiosity,
Creativity, and
Competition
At Moreton Hall, Science and Mathematics are more than subjects – they
are gateways to exploration, innovation, and inspiration. Over the past year,
pupils across all ages have engaged in a rich variety of STEM activities,
competitions, and hands-on learning experiences that showcase their
talents, teamwork, and enthusiasm for discovery.
Moreton Hall students have excelled within
the world of STEM. Moreton girls have
achieved outstanding results across national
and international STEM competitions.
In the British Biology Olympiad, 11 Sixth Form
biologists earned Bronze, Silver, and Highly
Commended awards, demonstrating mastery
of complex biological concepts.
Our Chemistry students also impressed in
the international Chemistry Olympiad, with
11 participants competing against more than
16,000. Several pupils earned Bronze and Silver
certificates – some of the highest distinctions Mathematical minds tackled regional and national
ever for Moreton Hall. Notably, Rosie and Sophie challenges. Four Lower Fourth pupils competed
received Bronze, while Regina and Cara earned a in the prestigious Team Maths Challenge, and
school-first Silver, placing themselves among the the school celebrated strong results in UK
