            the Future

Moreton Hall has long been a place of tradition, connection, and lasting
friendships, and nowhere is that more evident than in the spirited resurgence
of the Old Moretonian’s Association (OMA), the much-loved society for former
            pupils and students.

The OMA’s very first President was Bronwyn After a short pause in committee activity, the
Lloyd-Williams, daughter of Moreton’s esteemed OMA has returned with renewed energy and
founder, ‘Aunt Lil’. From 1955 to 1973, Bronwyn a dedicated team at the helm:

Headmistress – a true exemplar of dedication. PRESIDENT: Cheryl Rowland
She was succeeded by Mrs Brett, then by SECRETARY: Amanda Arthur
Mrs Margaret Williams, continuing a proud TREASURER: Amanda Morgan
lineage of women with a deep connection to EVENTS ADVISOR: Katy Tanner
the school. COMMITTEE MEMBERS: Emily Arthur

Later came Sarah Lloyd-Williams, Bron’s niece, HONORARY MEMBERS: Past President Sue

and now Cheryl Rowland have each brought with plans for regular reunions in London and
their own commitment and warmth to the role across the UK. There is even talk of themed
of President. dinners celebrating different aspects of school
life – whether in honour of sport, music, or
drama – all designed to keep the Moreton
                                                                spirit alive and thriving.
