A highlight this year was the company’s
performance at Shrewsbury’s Theatre Severn,
where dancers took to the stage in a performance
aptly named ‘GOTTA DANCE’ before a sold-out
audience and many other schools, some of which
were performing arts schools. The performance
celebrated Moreton Hall’s creative spirit,
showcasing the talent, dedication and teamwork
that define the school.

Michael Jenkins, Head of Drama and Dance, said:

It was a phenomenal showcase
of our extracurricular offering.
Seeing pupils from Year Three
to Upper Fifth work together
so seamlessly was inspiring.
Ms Gittins’ expertise has been
instrumental in their success. ”

At Moreton Hall, Dance is not just an activity; it is
an art form nurtured with excellence, a tradition
upheld with pride and one that we are sure
Bronwen Lloyd-Williams would approve of.
